Refund Policy
Return Eligibility (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
⚠️ Please inspect your product carefully before installation or use.
Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return unless defective.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This fee covers processing, inspection, and handling costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed products (non-defective)
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or external factors
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Discounted or promotional items
- Free gifts or complimentary items
- Products repaired or modified by unauthorized parties
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed:
- We will offer a replacement or refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us (if applicable)
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment or production for a full refund.
If the order has already been processed or shipped:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- You may return the item after delivery (subject to return policy)
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items → we cover return shipping
- For non-defective returns → customer is responsible for return shipping

- Photos and videos of the product
- Full shipping address and contact number
⚠️ Returns must be approved in advance.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
Custom Orders (Final Sale)
Custom or modified products are considered final sale.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted
- Warranty still applies for manufacturing defects (unless caused by customization)
Limitation of Liability
Lurebeam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Labor or travel costs
