Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties
All prices on our website do not include import duties or taxes.
You are only charged for:
- Product price
- Shipping cost
Depending on your country’s regulations, additional fees such as:
- Customs duties
- Clearance fees
- Local handling charges
may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your tracking number is generated, it may take 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Due to the nature of international shipping:
- Tracking updates may be delayed
- Detailed tracking is usually available after the package arrives in the destination country

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, as they depend on external factors such as:

Once the package leaves our warehouse, the shipping process is handled by the carrier and is beyond our control.
Lost or Abnormal Shipments
If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
