Warranty Information
Limited Warranty (1 Year)
All lighting products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
- Clear photos and videos showing the defect

Warranty Coverage Conditions
This warranty applies only if:
- The product was purchased directly from Lurebeam
- The product is used under normal operating conditions
- Proof of purchase can be provided
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect or improper installation, use, or maintenance
- Negligence, misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Power surges or improper power supply
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration
- Environmental factors such as corrosion or extreme conditions
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
Additional exclusions:
- Power cable damage (cut, worn, or physically damaged)
- Glass damage (unless caused during shipping)
- Above-water lights used underwater or exposed to excessive water impact
- Marine growth damage (barnacles, shells, or other organisms). Underwater lights must be cleaned regularly to prevent damage
Shipping Damage
Damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately upon delivery.
We will assist in resolving shipping-related issues separately from warranty claims.
Remedy
If a product is confirmed defective within the warranty period, Lurebeam will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
Replacement products or parts will carry the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.
Limitation of Liability
Lurebeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Labor or travel costs
